How to Book

1. Complete all sections of the booking form and send it together with a non-refundable deposit of € 200 by Bank Transfer or Visa.

2. Upon receipt of your booking form and deposit we will confirm your booking and send you an invoice. Full settlement of the account should arrive 30 days before the commencement of course. Where a booking is made less than 30 days before commencement of course the full amount should be paid on receipt of invoice. If payment is being made by bank transfer you must enclose a copy of the bank transfer with your booking form. Please quote invoice and reference numbers with all correspondence.

All bank charges are the responsibility of the client. We will send your accommodation details and pre-departure orientation approximately two weeks before your arrival.

4. Cancellations
Bookings may be cancelled up to 2 weeks prior to commencement of course without penalty (other than the non-refundable deposit); for cancellations received between 7 and 14 days before commencement of course 60% of full amount will be refunded; for cancellations received 1 - 7 days before commencement of course 30% of full amount will be refunded. There is no refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced. This includes late arrival, early departure or days missed during the course. Students who temporarily leave their host family accommodation for one week or more during the course are charged a €100 per week retainer fee. At least one weekıs notice must be given.

Insurance and Health
All participants should provide their own basic health and travel insurance. Participants from EU countries should obtain form E111 from their local Social Welfare Office. A medical certificate must be provided by any participant undergoing ongoing medical treatment. Such participants should also bring to Ireland a supply of medicine sufficient to cover their stay

Holidays

Please note that the school will be closed on the following dates:
2nd Jan –  New Year,    17th Mar –  St. Patrick’s Day, 14th April – Good Friday17th April -  Easter Monday, 01st May - Public Holiday,  05th June -  Public Holiday, 07th Aug – Public Holiday, 30th Oct – Public Holiday .
