We understand that for the majority of students it will be their first experience of being away from home for an extended period. We work hard to make sure the transition to life in France is as smooth as possible. A pre -departure orientation familiarises the student with many aspects of what they can expect and gives them the opportunity to have any questions answered. Great care is taken in ensuring a high level of personal attention and a local co-ordinator is assigned to each student to provide ongoing support for the duration of the student’s stay.

Travel Arrangements

Students select their period of stay and are responsible for making their own flight arrangements. Return transfers from the airport are provided and the price is available on request. Our local co-ordinator or host family meets the student at their final destination

Applications

Applications are accepted from transition year students who have studied French for at least three years. Students are required to complete a detailed form that includes their interests and hobbies along with Junior Certificate results. The best students are motivated and committed to getting the most out of the experience.
As places are limited it is advisable to book early to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable deposit of € 250 must accompany the completed booking form
